Project management of the licence application process
We will carefully plan and organise the application process with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) to ensure that the licence is obtained in the shortest time possible taking into consideration the submission requirements of the LGA.
We will take you through the different application process stages and indicate to you the forms to be filled out during each stage of the application process and the documents that have to be submitted with each form. As part of our quality assurance procedures we will review forms and documents prior to submission to LGA.
We monitor progress on the process and liaise with LGA to ensure that matters are handled in a timely fashion.
Preparation of the business plan
The business plan is the opportunity of the investor to convey the merits of the proposed on line gaming business to the LGA. For this reason alone, preparing a good plan is a vital step in the licensing application process.
The business plan requested by the LGA should cover three years and provide details of the entity’s business strategy, SWOT analysis, forecast market, customer base, management set up, system set up and financial projections. The detail should be such to indicate that the entity has a reasonable chance of success, will operate in a safe and sound manner, and will have adequate capital to support the risk profile.
We can assist you to compile a business plan that satisfies the requirements of the LGA. We also develop financial models to facilitate the preparation of financial projections and sensitivity analysis.
We can assist prospective investors to set up a company in Malta. Our company incorporation services include:

Key official services
The on line gaming regulations stipulate that an on line gaming company has to appoint a key official who has to ensure that the licenced entity complies with all applicable laws and regulations, the conditions of the licence and any directives issued by the LGA. He/ she will be the single point of contact with LGA and is expected to be conversant with the entity’s control and gaming systems. The key official has to ensure that all financial and administrative data returns prescribed under the gaming regulations are submitted on time and in the correct format and that the LGA is notified of pertinent events and matters as outlined in the regulations.
Our services range from direct appointment of key official to support services provided to the entity’s key official.
The audit of financial statements is more then ensuring that your entity is compliant with all the applicable ‘rules and regulations’, more then counting numbers and ticking boxes.
Our audit focuses on business issues and matters that can impact the financial statements, whilst retaining the basic audit procedures that test the information contained in the financial statements. We ensure that the work is carried out in a timely fashion to enable the company to adhere to local reporting requirements.
In performing audit services we adhere to the highest standards of independence, professional objectivity, technical excellence, and rigorous control procedures.
